The Polytechnic University expands the geography of its international cooperation: the Engineering University hosted the delegate of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology of Poland

Delegation of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia has hosted the delegate of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, scientific worker G. Iskierka. Head of the Division of Grant Programs and Fundraising Ani Mamikonyan, Head of the Division of Internationalization and External Relations Lilit Ghazaryan, acting Head of the Chair of Management Systems Oleg Gasparyan, scientific worker of the Chair of Mechanics and Machine Learning Narek Zakaryan, Head of the Chair of Information Security and Software Provision Gevorg Margaryan were present at the meeting.

Ani Mamikonyan has welcomed the guest and expressed gratitude for visiting the Polytechnic University and she hopes that the discussions will result in some new opportunities of stable and long-lasting cooperation. G. Iskierka also expressed gratitude for this warm reception, talked about the functioning of their organization and as well as a series of initiatives and presented their activities all over Poland. Issues of industrial robotics, multi-agent systems and mobile manipulators, mobile robots’ programming and others were discussed during the meeting.

The guest also visited the Laboratory of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Armenian National Engineering Laboratories, got familiar with engineering projects with modern solutions designed under the supervision of professional engineers. He was also interested in the “ExoRobot” project implemented at NPUA. They have come to terms to publish joint papers, to carry out student exchange programs and other joint initiatives at the end of the meeting.
