Tigran Avinyan was appointed RA Deputy Prime Minister from May 11, 2018 up to August 2, 2021.
Avinyan worked at Armenian Development Bank as a Senior Loan Officer at Commercial Lending Department. He established and managed “Irrigate” landscape design and irrigation systems Company. T. Avinyan worked at “Shirak Technologies” company as SAP Consultant, implemented digitization programs for the company “Contour Global” (Vorotan Complex of Hydroelectric Power Plants).
He was CEO of Cyber Vision Development Studio dealing with software development. T. Avinyan was member of Yerevan City Council from “Yelq” Faction.
T.Avinyan graduated from Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University, faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, with bachelor’s degree award. Afterwards, he graduated from the same university, in the sphere of Mathematical Modeling in Economics, with master’s degree award. He graduated from Queen Mary University of London with distinction, getting Master of Science in Finance.
On January 21, 2022, he was elected as the Chairman of NPUA Board of Trustees.
