Grigor Seyrani Baghramyan was born on August 23, 1985 in the town of Vanadzor, Lori province. In 2006, he graduated from Vanadzor branch of State Engineering University of Armenia, studying on bachelor’s degree. In 2008, he graduated from master’s degree at SEUA. From 2009 up to 2012 he was a graduant at SEUA.   

He started his work experience in 2007 as a head of the laboratory at the chair of Machine-building industry, organization and management of Economy at State Engineering University of Armenia.   

From 2012 up to 2014 he worked at the same chair as a lecturer.

In 2015, he received scientific degree of PhD in technical sciences.

From 2015, he worked at the sector of Machine-building industry and transport economics and management as an assistant. 

From 2017 up to now he is deputy director of Yerevan College by NPUA.

He authored 10 scientific works.
