Polytechnic University Center of Labor Market Research and Professional Career periodically makes the University the place of events, by connecting the students and employers. The meetings of employer – student in the modern world help to understand in real time the double-sided problems, ways to solve them and the existing challenges. Flexible knowledge-based strategies are important that will make students competitive not only in local but in international labor market as well. The Polytechnic University hosted the company providing Digital technological services ‘Grid Dynamics’.

Grid Dynamics functions from 2006 and its headquarters is in Silicon Valley. The company provides digital services in big data analysis, search, AI, cloud migration and modernization of applications. Company representatives (NPUA graduate was among them as well) have met 123 students studying at the faculties of IEEE and Applied Mathematics and Physics. Company representatives introduced the history of their company especially the Armenian office was meticulously presented, they spoke about special and academic courses and possibilities to cooperate with NPUA in these spheres. They also introduced the internship program and application procedures organized in their company 4 times per year.

They also organized a game in the sphere of IT and the students taking the first three places have received presents.
