| JOB DESCRIPTION: | INGO Armenia ICJSC is seeking a motivated and hard-working IT Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering server operating systems, setting up local area networks, responding to users’ questions and resolving issues in a timely manner, creating reports and updating documents, administering security systems, and performing other day-to-day functions and assignments of the IT department.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: | -Install, configure and administer server operating systems
-Ensure preventive maintenance of technical means -Set up a local area network -Respond to users’ questions and resolve issues in a timely manner -Create reports and update documents -Register users, provide authorization, and create emails -Administer security systems -Perform other day-to-day functions and assignments of the IT department -Control and prevent network problems

| KEY QUALIFICATIONS: | -Higher technical education
-Technical knowledge of MS Windows Server 2016/ 2019, MS Windows 10, Microsoft Azure -Basic knowledge of the following protocols IPv4, TCP/UDP, DHCP & ARP, -Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems preferred -Troubleshooting skills -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work in a team
