Misak Petrosyan (1891, Azerbaijan SSR, Ismayili region – 1946, Yerevan)

He was SUCP member from 1919. 

He graduated from Baku Polytechnic Institute (1929). He worked at Baku oilfield and Alexandropol railways. He carried out agitation and propaganda activities among worker population. He had a number of responsible posts after the establishment of Soviet rules in Armenia. He was director of Yerevan mechanical plant (1930-1932), manager of Hayard project (1932-1937). From 1937 he was director of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.
