National Polytechnic University of Armenia, according to “Regulation on entrance to post-graduate studies, doctoral studies and candidates for a degree of the Republic of Armenia” (decree N 238 of RA government as of February 25, 2016) and letter 05/11.2/12261-2022 of RA ESCS Minister as of June 1, 2022 announces admission to part-time post-graduate studies for the following specialties:

Graduates of state and authorized non-state universities can take part in the admission to the post-graduate studies having master’s degree or are diploma holders (qualification of specialist), have passed differentiated test from Foreign Language with the following points:
Foreign Language
English – TOEFL iBT – 46, IELTS – 5.5
French – TCF – 200 points
German – on DAF – 60 points
Applicants will pass admission specialty exam that is assessed maximum 20 points. It is considered as a pass if the applicant gets minimum 13 points.
The person getting maximum points from the specialty exam will enter the post-graduate studies. In case of equal points received from the specialty exam, the following criteria are taken into account in the following order:
1) the GPA of master’s degree or certified specialist,
2) total of the GPA of bachelor’s and master’s degree program,
3) number of published scientific papers,
4) diplomas received from international or republican student competitions or Olympiads or participation in international conferences (reports).
An agreement is signed with the people that have entered post-graduate studies on tuition free education according to which they should work at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia on contract basis for duration of minimum three years after graduating from the post-graduate studies, in the position of junior scientific worker or assistant.
Documents of applicants are accepted from August 22, 2022 till September 7.
Applicants should submit the following documents to NPUA General Division:
Application in the name of the rector, mentioning their chosen specialty,
Copies of diplomas and transcripts of bachelor’s, master’s or certified specialists’ degrees (for foreign applicants, document of validity of their higher education diploma),
Test certificate from Foreign Language or reference equivalent to it, with the points written on it,
Copy of minimum one published paper on the chosen profession, or scientific report on specialty of minimum 20 pages,
Employment record, CV, copy of the passport, for males – copy of military registration and 4 color photos (3*4),
Reference from the employment record (if available).
Specialty exams from all specializations for post-graduate admission will be held on September 12, at 14:00.
