The regular session of the Rector’s Office of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia was different from others. Before starting the discussions of the agenda, Vice-rector Elbak Elbakyan informed that results of the Republican Olympiad were finalized.
Polytechnic High School 10 schoolchildren have taken winning places – 1st category, 2nd category and 3rd category and Certificates of Appreciation. When comparing it with the results of the last year, it was pointed out that the advancement of Yerevan High School at the Republican Olympiad is visible. 11th grade schoolchild Hovsep Karapetyan from physics has taken the 2nd category, 12th grade schoolchild Artashes Mkrtchyan has taken the 3rd category and 10th grade schoolchild Artyom Gasparyan was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation.
12th grade schoolchild Artashes Mkrtchyan from astronomy has taken the 1st category, 11th grade schoolchild Vladimir Manukyan was given the Certificate of Appreciation.
10th grade schoolchild Sona Karapetyan from geography has received the Certificate of Appreciation.
10th grade schoolchild Nana Budaghyan from English has taken the 1st category, 11th grade schoolchild Nane Manucharyan has taken the 1st category, 11th grade schoolchild Iren Simonyan has received the Certificate of Appreciation.
10th grade schoolchild Armine Grigoryan from Armenian has taken the 1st category.
Director of NPUA High School Alfred Petrosyan added that 2 students, 12th grade schoolchild Artashes Mkrtchyan and 11th grade schoolchild Hovsep Karapetyan will participate in an International Olympiad that will take place in Switzerland, online.
Congratulating the students, Rector Gor Vardanyan was certain that in the future we will again see the proof of their knowledge in different Olympiads and in professional sphere that will be reflected in the routine of NPUA.
Gor Vardanyan asked to send the gratitude of the members of the Rector’s Office to the teachers that contributed to the successes of the schoolchildren. Gor Vardanyan personally gave Certificates of Appreciation and Certificates of Honor to the schoolchildren as well as incentive prizes.
