The Polytechnic University participated in the workshop “Advantages and impact of Academia-industry Alliance” organized in Sarajevo

Coordinators of the program “Promotion of Academia-industry Alliance for research and development by means of innovative and open cooperation platform” of the ERASMUS+ program organized the meeting devoted to the planned workshop “Advantages and impact of Academia-industry Alliance” in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sarajevo University.

The representative of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, head of the chair of Information Security and Software Provision Professor Gevorg Margarov was there.

During the first day of the meeting, after the welcoming speeches, program coordinator, Professor Yelena Dumova-Yovanoska from the University “Kirill and Methodius” of Northern Macedonia presented the goals and main results of the program.

Afterwards, representatives of all program participating partner universities addressed the issues of establishment and utilization of division of new research and development in their universities. Professor Gevorg Margarov meticulously presented the structure, equipment, information environment and work organization principles of the joint research division established with the participation of NPUA and the Institute of Computer Science and Automation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia under the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies and Electronics of the Polytechnic University.

In the coming days, besides the workshop, the seminar “Assessment and planning stability of pilot stage” took place as well as program coordinating meeting where a series of organizational and financial questions were discussed.
