Within the frames of the visit of the President of Lithuania to Armenia, on May 20, representatives of the academia were also in Armenia and visited the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.

The aim of the visit was to get familiar with general activities of the Polytechnic University and find some cooperation possibilities.

The university development, current structure, specialties and study policy were presented to the guests. A visit to different subdivisions, laboratories and centers of excellence was organized around the university.

Expressing gratitude for the warm welcome, dean of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Doctor Yustas Nugaras presented their interest highly appreciating activities of the Polytechnic University.

Yustas Nugaras hoped that the visit to the National Polytechnic University of Armenia will initiate the cooperation between the two institutions.
