Dr. Zoran Stamenkovic is a scientist at the IHP – Leibniz-Institut für innovative Mikroelektronik, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. He has acquired his PhD degree in electronic engineering in 1995 from the University of Nis, Serbia, has published more than 150 scientific book chapters, theses, journal papers and conference papers, and has given more than 25 invited talks in the field of design and test of integrated circuits and systems. He is the lead editor (and a co-author) of the book Silicon Systems for Wireless LAN. Dr. Stamenkovic has participated in or leaded many national and European research projects. His research interests include hardware/software co-design, SOC design for wireless communications, fault-tolerant circuits and systems, and integrated circuit yield and reliability modelling. He serves as a program committee member of many scientific conferences (DDECS, MWSCAS, IPFA, IOLTS, EWDTS, DTIS, MIEL, and TELFOR). Dr. Stamenkovic was the general chair of the DDECS2015 symposium and the program chair of the DDECS2018 and DDECS2020 symposia. He is a regional editor of the Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers and a senior member of the IEEE.
